What amenities are available when renting the studio?

How big is the studio?
The studio is 700 sq ft (25 ‘x 28′) w/ 12′ ceilings. The space faces North and with two large windows there is an abundance of natural light.
How many people can the studio hold?
The maximum people allowed in the studio is 50.
What days and hours is the studio available to rent?
The studio is available to be rented anytime.
What is the price for renting the studio?
During regular business hours (M-Th 10:30-5, Fri & Sat 10:30-3) Studio rental $100/hr, $300/4hrs, $600/8hrs
After hours Studio rental $125/hr, $375/4hrs, $750/8hrs
What can the studio be used for?
Anything else I should know?
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your event. The other half would be due one day prior to the event.
- Styling by Ardor Rental Boutique is not included in the studio rental price. Props that are already rented out will not be available. If there is a specific piece you would like please request it when booking.
- Cancellation needs to be made more than 72hrs prior to the event date. Although the deposit is non-refundable, if you contact us within this time frame you may reschedule to another available date.
Can we bring our own food?
Of course! We don’t have a full kitchen, but do offer a refrigerator and microwave. If you would like to have your event catered, here are a few links to some nearby favorites.
