WHAT IS ARDOR OR ARD’OR OR HOW DO YOU SAY IT AGAIN?
The most common question we are asked is how do you say Ardor and what does it mean. Our response, there is no right or wrong way. We pronounce it as if you were saying are-der because we are southern and we are sticking to our guns. However, saying are-door has a nice twang and we love it just the same. The dictionary defines ardor as intense devotion, passion, eagerness, or enthusiasm; zeal. So when trying to find the right name simply no other word would do.
WHAT IS STYLING?
In the world of Pinterest most people create a board for inspiration. You know all those wedding photos you see on wedding blogs and magazines that are flawless? Those are designed and executed by stylist. Styling is the set up, perfecting, and making everything look pretty and in place. Maybe you know exactly what you want and already have pieces you want to use. Or like most, you might be completely lost and thinking how do I bring my husbands love for hunting and my love for fashion together? We are the girls to figure it out while making it beautiful and personable. This ensures your entire event, wedding, or photo shoot is as perfect as those you see in magazines.
HOW MUCH IS IT?
Every item is individually priced and is subject to change based off exclusivity. Customized orders start at $500.
CAN I PICK UP MY RENTALS IF DELIVERY IS NOT NEEDED?
The majority of Ardor rentals are available for pick up. However, we do have a few delicate rentals that require special handling by our delivery team. Method of transportation on pick up items must be approved in order to insure our products safety.
WHEN SHOULD I RESERVE MY SELECTED RENTALS?
We recommend reserving your rentals once you have your event venue booked. This is generally 6 to 12 months before your event date. Booking early insures that your items are reserved for you. DID YOU FIND US JUST A FEW MONTHS OR WEEKS BEFORE YOUR EVENT? No worries. We might have your favorite rentals still available you can contact us here.
DO I HAVE TO GIVE A DEPOSIT?
We do require a 50% nonrefundable retainer along w/ a signed rental agreement to reserve rental items for your event date.
WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING BREAKS OR GETS LOST?
If an Ardor item is lost, broken, or damaged beyond repair you will be charged 5x the rental rate to replace the item. If items can be repaired or cleaned you will only be charged for that service.

Ardor has a studio located in the historic downtown hattiesburg. We are available by appointment Tues-Thurs 10am-4pm. We can’t wait to show you our collection and hear all the details about your upcoming event.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
We do not have a standard delivery rate. Delivery is calculated based on amount of items and distance to event from Hattiesburg, Ms.
