WHERE DO I START?
Whether you already know which rental items you'd like to reserve or you need some help deciding what's appropriate for your event, the first thing you should do is fill out our contact form so we can be in touch. From there, we'll walk you through each step from reservation to returns.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Each rental item is priced differently and is charged per day for off-site events. However, all available rental items can be used free of charge for all on-site events. For more information on pricing, please fill out a contact form and we'll be in touch!
WHEN SHOULD I RESERVE MY SELECTED RENTALS?
All rentals are reserved on a first come, first served basis so we recommend booking your selected items as soon as you've finalized your event venue/location. DID YOU FIND US JUST A FEW MONTHS OR WEEKS BEFORE YOUR EVENT? No worries, your desired items may still be available! Just contact us here.
DO I HAVE TO GIVE A DEPOSIT?
We do require a 50% nonrefundable retainer along with a signed rental agreement to reserve rental items for your event date. Rental items can not be reserved without a deposit. Full payment is due 3 days prior to rental date or services will not be rendered.
WHAT IF AN ITEM BREAKS OR GETS LOST?
If an Ardor item is lost, broken, or damaged beyond repair you will be charged 5x the rental rate to replace the item. If items can be repaired or cleaned you will only be charged for that service.
CAN I HAVE ITEMS DELIVERED FOR MY OFF-SITE EVENT?
No. Ardor does not offer delivery for off-site events but we will happily work with you to coordinate pick-up.
WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY RENTAL ITEMS FOR AN OFF-SITE EVENT?
For off-site events that require early setup (like weddings) or events occurring when Ardor is closed, we are happy to work with you to coordinate early pick-up on a case-by-case basis.
WHAT TYPES OF EVENTS CAN THE STUDIO BE USED FOR?
Photoshoots, showers, intimate weddings, birthday parties, business meetings - you name it!
WHAT AMENITIES COME WITH THE STUDIO?
- Restroom / Changing room
- Use of any Ardor inventory items booked at reservation
- Event set-up
HOW EARLY SHOULD I BOOK THE STUDIO FOR MY EVENT?
We recommend booking as soon as you have selected your event date. If you're booking an event on short notice, no worries - your selected date may still be available. Just be in touch!
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN THE STUDIO HOLD?
The maximum amount of people allowed in The Studio at one time is 50.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
During regular business hours (T-Th 10:30-5, F-S 10:30-3): $100/hr - $300/4 hours - $600/8 hours
All other times: $125/hr - $375/4 hours - $750/8 hours
IS STYLING INCLUDED?
No, event styling is not included in the cost of your rental. We will assist in set-up of any Ardor inventory items being used for your event but styling services - including custom decor, florals, etc. - are charged separately and on an individual basis. If you're interested in styling, you can contact us here.
IS CATERING PROVIDED?
No, Ardor does not provide catering services. However, you're welcome to bring your own food or have catering delivered and we do offer a full refrigerator and microwave. If you need help finding a great local caterer, get in touch - we know tons of them!
DO I HAVE TO MAKE A DEPOSIT?

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
Cancellations must be made more than 72hrs prior to the event date or you will be responsible for the full rental fee. Although the deposit is non-refundable, if you contact us within this time frame you may reschedule to another available date.
